My biggest passion is helping people realise how much potential they’ve got once they break free from restriction, and start to eat enough. Then when we add in a structured and thought-out training program, the magic happens. I get a real buzz from the positive impact good nutrition and fitness support have on people’s physical and mental wellbeing for the long-term

Get to know Coach Dan

I’m the founder of the Strong Collective - this group of value driven, client-centred compassionate coaches. Before this, I spent 11 years in the Fire and Rescue service. You can probably guess that my values include supporting, helping, and improving people’s lives. Outside of fitness (because there’s always a life outside of fitness), I’m a huge lover of dogs and my favourite way to spend a weekend is with a good coffee (or Negroni) and some quality vinyl records.
