What I value most is having the opportunity to help people get unstuck and make progress around weight management, their relationship with food, performance nutrition, or food for health and wellbeing. My passion is helping people turn knowledge into tools they can use to move forward in a way that aligns with their values.

I’ve been there - stuck in that frustrating mental battle between wishing I was in a smaller body vs wanting to perform better in my sport. The rigid and conflicting rules around nutrition didn’t help! My unhealthy weight loss attempts resulted in some disordered eating habits and thought patterns. That prompted me to do an evidence-based nutrition course (the first of many qualifications) so I could support others in moving away from habits, behaviours and thoughts that are holding them back.
